How We Do It
Greg Lawrence has been estimating demolition work for over 26 years. He brings extensive knowledge on how to estimate costs and perform the work efficiently and safely using proper tools and methods to get the job done as fast and safe as possible.
Demolition Services Inc. employs foremen operators and laborers that have been with DSI for many years and are experts in performing demolition work. DSI created estimating software to keep our pricing consistent and competitive from our many years of experience.

Greg Lawrence (owner) has over 26 years of experience in the demolition field including, selective interior demolition, building demolition, concrete coring/cutting/breaking, bridge demolition, site clearing, post tension structural demolition, hazardous materials remediation, recycling/salvage of metals, wood and other valuable materials, removal and recycling of construction/demolition debris and crane work.
