Scope of work: Tenant Improvement of a 10,000 sq. ft. office building. We removed all interior finishes including the walls, flooring, ceilings, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. We removed the roofing and all of the mechanical equipment. The project called for new wall openings, tree and landscaping removal, asphalt parking lot and other site construction.
